Public Relations Senior Consultant
Financial, Banking and Investor Relation Division - position code: SCF

Responsibilities
The consultant will be responsible for managing communications programs for IndoPacific Edelman’s blue chip client on financial,
banking and investor relation. He/She will be involved in planning and implementation of media and other stakeholder communication programs for clients. The incumbent will also be responsible for account management for assigned clients in terms of budgeting, financial management and business development. The consultant at this position will be required to interact with senior level management of the firm’s clients.

Requirements
- Strong academic background in Financial, Banking or related studies
- At least 4 years of working experience related to financial or banking, investor relation
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in both oral and written communications in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Deadline oriented with good project management skills
- Ability to think strategically and out-of the-box
- Highly self motivated and a team player
- Knowledge of media will be an advantage

An International Consultant is looking for Engineers to be assigned as field Supervision team (FST) in the Regional Supervision for Consultant (RSC) for “Eastern Indonesia National Road Improvement Project (EINRIP)“. The FST team will be located at each project site in Eastern Indonesia (North Sulawesi, South East Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, NTB, NTT , Papua, West Papua, Maluku & North Maluku).The candidate should have met the following conditions:Site Supervision Engineer: A Civil Engineer or Highway Engineer with at least 6 years relevant experience in construction supervision for highway or similar projects.

Quantity Engineer: At least 5 years relevant experience in construction supervision, in particular focused on measured and estimating for highway or similar projects. Familiarity with the specifications is advantage.
Quality Engineer: At least 5 years relevant experience in quality control on road works, and familiarity with sampling and testing procedures.
Bridge Engineer: A Structural Engineer with at least 6 years relevant experience on design and supervision of construction of structure and bridges.
Inspector: Should have understanding of road construction. be familiar with supervision and daily reporting. Must be able to produce accurate and reliable records.
Surveyor: Should have previous experience in setting out for construction. Should be familiar with electronic survey equipment and
be computer literate.
Laboratory Technician: Should have a sound understanding of materials sampling and testing and knowledge of specifications. Experience of materials testing for road construction contracts is particular advantage.

Process Engineer (Applications)

Our client is currently seeking an Process Engineer (Applications) to Work in the Applications lab as a process engineer supporting semiconductor wafer processing and characterization tools.

-Work in close collaboration with the process engineering team in the Strategic Applications group to conduct experiments towards developing new metrology capabilities
-Operate the various metrology tools in the Lab for proper characterization of the wafers (including RTP, Thermawave, wet processing and sheet resistance measurements)
-Develop new processes and protocols to facilitate data analysis on processed wafers
-On an as needed basis, provide wafer process and characterization training to customers in the field. This amy require the candidate to travel up to 10% of the time
-Adopt / develop processes and protocols for SPC tracking of all metrology tools, analyze the data and implement necessary changes to improve the lab capabilities
-Collaborate with new and existing vendors to implenent up-grades capability of existing metrology tool sets.
-Collaborate with his/her manager to develop methods for advanced characterization of special applications.
-Maintain the process upkeep of the designated tools sets in a collaborative team environment of the lab.
-Publish applications notes and technical papers as appropriate.

Desired Qualifications

-BS or MS degree in engineering or physical sciences. A Chemical background with material analysis and characterization is very desireable
-At least three (3) or more year’s experience in a laboratory or analytical environment, semiconductor fab or equivalent
-Must have good skills for design of experiments
-Ability to independently analyze data and prepare reports of technical findings.
-Must possess excellent communication skills (oral and written)
-Experience in handling traditional chemicals used in the fab is desirable, but not essential
-Ability to use the computer for data analysis and report writing ( Powerpoint, Excel, Project etc).
