Compliance Assistant Department Head ( ADH- COM )
Assisting Compliance Department Head, you will be responsible to oversee overall Compliance Department activities in handling the bank compliance matter in accordance with central bank and government regulations and also the bank corporate affairs.
Human Resource Assistant Department Head ( ADH-HRD )
You will be responsible to oversee all spectrums of HR practices, establish excellent communication with all staffs through coaching, counseling, developing Policies and Procedures. Act as substitute at the absence of the Department Head.
Senior / Junior Credit Reviewer ( SCR / JCR )
You will be responsible to review and assess all bank corporate credit applications.
Requirements :
• Similar experience in managerial or supervisory for min 5 years in banking ( ADH-COM, ADH-LGL )
• Well exposed to business, finance and banking laws and updates. (ADH-COM, ADH-LGL)
• Relevant postgraduate degree in Finance, Banking or Law ( ADH-COM)
• Law degree from prominent university. Experience in Legal consulting is advantage. ( ADH-LGL)
• Experience in HR Professional area for min 5 years. Familiar with Balance Score Card, Performance Management System, Recruitment, as well as Training and Development. Able to write policies and procedures in English and well comprehend about Manpower regulations and HR best practices ( ADH-HRD )
• Experience in corporate banking for min 2 years (junior) and min 5 years (senior) with good negotiation skill and banking product knowledge ( SMO, JMO )
• Strong experience on state owned enterprise is preferred ( SMO )
• Similar experience in corporate banking or investment firm as Credit Analyst for min 2 years ( Junior ) and min 5 years ( Senior ). Certified on level II of BSMR ( preferable ). ( SCR, JCR, SCA, JCA )
• Experience in financial institutions or securities companies as Research Analyst for min 2 years ( JRA) and min 5 years (SRA )
• Good Financial Analysis skill ( SMO, JMO, SCA, JCA, SRA, JRA )
• Relevant bachelor or postgraduate degree ( SMO, JMO, SCA, JCA, SCR, JCR, SRA, JRA )
Legal Assistant Department Head ( ADH-LGL )
Assisting Legal Department Head, you will be responsible to oversee overall Legal Department activities and handle the bank legal matters, review and develop various legal documents related to complex and advanced banking products and rendering legal advices.
Senior / Junior Marketing Officer ( SMO / JMO )
You will be responsible for the marketing of corporate banking product and service, expand credit portfolio and monitor customers credit facilities and profitability.
Senior / Junior Credit Analyst ( SCA/JCA)
You will be responsible to handle credit application processes, prepare company rating, update customer’s financial conditions and support Marketing Officer for customer inquiries.
Senior / Junior Research Analyst ( SRA / JRA )
You will be responsible to conduct market analysis of financial institutions and securities companies, prepare the reports and recommendations.
General Qualifications :
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written ( min TOEIC score equivalent to 700 or TOEFL of min 550 )
• Strong team leadership and high achievers ( performance oriented )
• Good at writing reports, internal policies and procedures in English
• Computer literate ( MS Word, Excel & Power Point )
• Possess high sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and integrity
• Strong Service-Excellent mind-set and Communication skill
• Graduates from overseas university will be an advantage.
