URGENTLY REQUIRED
1. Drilling Special Project
Job Qualification:
* Strong technical knowledge of drilling/service/workover equipment, techniques and related civil construction procedures.
* Self starter, with ability to organize and excellent communication skills
* Basis computer skills (email, MS Office documents)
* Industry course certified
* Industry courses required for this position, IWCF, H2S, First Aid, MIGAS
* Valid driving license
* No physically ailments that would limit ability to perform position functions
* Valid passport with no limitations for travel in SE Asia
* Bilingual skills in Bahasa and English, written and verbal
2. HSE Co-ordinator
Job Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years safety related experience
* Minimum 2 years rig experience
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Intermediate computer skills (MS word/excel/email)
* Ability to communicate fluently in English and Indonesian, written, and spoken
* Physically fit to perform all duties including inspection, (crown inspections) personally
3. HR Manager
Job Qualifications:
* Responsible for hiring process
* Manage contract employee administration
* Coordinate training activities and employee performance assessment administration. Develop company’s specific individual training and development, develop training and development modules for employees, Identify the most suitable training program and how to implement it, develop company’s general training and development programme/modules
* Acting as HR Lead, ensuring HR services including recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relation for supporting product services line operation.
