Our company, PT. Adi Karya Visi an Indonesian content production and acquisition company is looking for:
Sr. Officer,
Compensation and Benefits
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for providing an effective and efficient service in relation to compensation & benefits issues to all AKV’s employees.
-Coordinating the salary & benefit administration process, determining relative market value for all new jobs, actively participating in compensation & benefit program development activities, and its accountable for the accuracy of all job data maintained in the Human Resources System.
-Will also responsible for coordinating and implement Human Resources Policies in the task of Industrial Relations
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Management or Human Resource Management.
-Good human resources knowledge and background in compensation and benefit & industrial relations.
-Good understanding of manpower regulation
-Have excellent English both oral and written
-Have strong skill in computer literate (MS Excel, Power point)
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Compensation & Benefit area
