Sr. Procurement Officer

Minimum Requirement :
- Posses university degree preferably majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years experience as expediter and or buyer in Supply Chain Management and minimum 3 years as Sr. Expediter
- Must have a technical competencies to prepare and deliver information to a group
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Understand and manage all aspects of in the purchase order and or contract in a professional and high integrity manner
- Accurately identify priorities and to organize and execute around these priorities
- Able to plan and organize resources to deliver defined objectives
- Capable to handle in a professional and capable manner the Purchasing of major material, equipments with terms favorable to Company and for ensure Supplier fulfills commercial obligations and to manage the Head Office Buyers, Expeditors, Logistic Officers to ensure the perform their duties
