PT. DIMA INDONESIA, National Distributor of Guinness Beer, one of the leading multi national companies in Beverage Industry, is seeking suitably qualified individual to join the Sales Team to meet the current and future growth for:
REGIONAL MANAGER (for Medan Office)
Reporting directly to Sales Director, responsible for providing strategic and achieving volume, pricing, promotion and distribution in the Sales Team
General Requirement:
- Male, S1 from reputable university
- Below 35 years old.
- Min. 3 years experience in distribution company of consumer goods product (Food & Beverages, cigarette, etc) is a must. THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY.
- Strong people management/ leadership skill
- Posses of basic selling and negotiation skills
- Willing to work under pressure & target
- Willing to be stationed in any of our branches through out Indonesia
