THE COMPANY
Our client is a multinational manufacturing company which boasts GMP certified capability and is ISO 9001:2000 certificated organizations.
Internationally, the group provides core businesses in Manufacturing and Integrated Distribution Services. In order to further strengthen the company’s presence in Indonesia, our client seeks to identify a senior professional to take on the role as:
THE POSITIONS:
1.LOGISTICS DIRECTOR
2.FINANCE DIRECTOR (POSITION OPEN TO EXPATRIATES)
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the Finance Director will be expected to control and coordinate all functions of Finance, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Tax, and Treasury in order to ensure that (a) all reporting requirements are provided on a timely and accurate manner (b) proper systems and procedures are in place and that (c) cash flow is planned, managed and properly/efficiently controlled.
He will be expected to ensure delivery of the highest level of organizational effectiveness through providing business support, in terms of accounting, reporting, strategic business analysis and financial services, the outcome of which should enable effective management decision-making to support business objectives.
The client has articulated the need for candidates with at least 7 to 10 years of experience and proven track record in tackling a senior management role, ideally honed in a manufacturing/distribution/logistics/supply chain environment complemented by a prior audit experience (gained from leading audit
firms). Not just requiring a finance/accounting role, candidate must be COMMERCIAL SAVVY and equipped with an understanding of the commercial side of the business.
NOTE: Client has articulated preference for expats who can speak in Bahasa Indonesia.
