(AIG) the leading U.S. based international insurance organization with the largest underwriter of commercial and industrial insurance in the United States, is looking for the right candidate for the following positions :
Agency Training Development Executive
Reporting to the Regional Agency Director , the successful candidate will need to be able deliver exceptional training programmes and also need to be a good motivator and communicator.
The primary tasks are to :
Identify training and development needs
Support training and development advances and practices
Build close working relationship with sales staff and sales force
Training materials development
The successful candidate is likely to be :
Bachelor degree in economics, marketing & communications
Maximum 30 years old with experience in training delivery with at least 1-2 years experience in banking/ insurance/ financial institutions
Well versed in office application software
Fluent in written and spoken English
