Management System Development & Alignment Manager
Responsibility : Developing & managing quality management system using TQM approach in accordance with the mission and business strategy.
Requirements :
• Degree in Engineering. Master degree is an advantage
• Min 4 years of relevant experience
• Have skill and knowledge about TQM, QC Cycle & Change Management.
Management System Development & Alignment Supervisor

Supply Chain Manager

• Degree in Finance / Engineering / IT. Master Degree is an advantage.
• Min 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Food & Beverage / FMCG Company.
• Have skill and knowledge in planning and implementation forecasting system. Integrated supply chain and logistic concept.
Supply Chain Staff
Responsibility : Supporting supply chain manager by analyzing industrial cost & supply chain management.
Requirements :
• Degree in Finance / Engineering / IT Master Degree will be advantage.
• Min 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Food & Beverage / FMCG company. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Understand the concept of supply chain management system & logistic management system.
Research & Development Manager
Responsibility : Planning, directing & controlling of all research and development activities. Work involves improving product & process, enhancement to existing formula, plays key role in setting up company policies and guidelines.
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Food Technology. Master degree is an advantage.
• Min 8 years experience in Food & Beverage / FMCG company.
• Have knowledge in Food Sensory, Food Regulation, Food Research & Food Safety.
Packaging Specialist
Responsibility : Developing & analyzing packaging material & material cost. Coordinating with third party to get the best material needed.
Requirements :
• Degree in Chemistry / Food Technology
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in the same position, preferably in Food & Beverage / FMCG company.
Human Resources & Service Supervisor
Responsibility : Developing & implementing a broad range of activities in Human Resources Department.
Requirements :
• Degree in Law/Psychology/Engineering/Management. Master degree is an advantage.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience
• Focuses on Industrial Relations, Personnel Management Government Relations.
• Willing to be located in all of our plant Java, Sumatera, Lombok
Human Resources Staff
Responsibility : Setting up competency profile & developing performance management & career management system.
Requirements :
• Degree in Psychology / Industrial Engineering. Master degree is an advantage.
• Min 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
