Organization Development & Resource Development Manager
This position will report to HR Director.
The incumbent is mainly responsible for :
1. facilitating organizational development innitiatives and training & development activities within the company
2. providing professional support and best practice recruitment and selection process to line managers in order to ensure that the company can attract and hire the most suitable candidates for the vacant posts.
The qualifications are:
- Bachelor degree form prominent university from Psychology, Sociology, Economy and any major social sciences with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having 8 years experience in HR, and as Human Resource Development Manager for the last 5 years.
- Familiar with Organization as well as people development methods
- Familiar with recruitment and selection methods and processes
- Familiar with Competency Based Human Resource Management
- Familiar with Psychological assessment tools/psychometrics test
- Good command in English both verbal & written
- Shows good presentation skills , people skills, strong communication and negotiation skills
