1. Information Capital General Manager (ICGM)
Responsible for the development and entire information
capital practice include information solution
development, infrastructure and operation
2. Business Development Manager (BDM)
Responsible to develop a new portfolio and/or related
business with Strategic, Tactical, and Brand Value
Marketing Based
3. Performance and Reward Manager (PRM)
Responsible to design and implement productivity
monitoring and all corporate Compensation and Benefit
programs
4. Promotion Manager (PM)
Responsible to design and create promotional materials
or events to support marketing program
5. Finance and Accounting Manager ( FAM)
Responsible for the entire accounting practices and
ensure accuracy of the periodic report and also
responsible for all tax and compliance related issues
6. Budget Manager (BM)
Responsible to conduct, standardize, improve and
document all Budgetary Planning and Control
7. Legal Manager (LM)
Responsible to handle legal matter, from providing
legal service up to developing knowledge management
8. Public Relation Supervisor (MRO)
Responsible to create (content and design) and
distribute local communication media.
9. Corporate Secretary Supervisor (CSS)
Responsible to facilitate Good Corporate Governance
implementation. Also responsible to update stock
exchange
10. Town Management Marketing Supervisor (TMMS)
Responsible in developing marketing strategy to
maximize opportunity in Town Management industry
11. Sales Administration Staff (SAD)
Responsible to maintain customer database include its
payment, billing & collection and legal administration
12. IT Staff (IT)
Responsible to develop and maintain IT system. Fluent
in Visual Basic and basic Technical troubleshooting.
13. Engineering Staff (ENG)
Responsible in designing and calculating
Infrastructure development.
14. Tax Staff (TAX)
Responsible in administration of Tax documents.
15. Collection Staff (CLC)
Responsible in dealing with customer for collection.
16. Inspector Landscape (INL)
Responsible in maintaining and dealing with landscaper
consultant.
Requirement : Graduate from Akademi Pertamanan
17. Filling Staff (FLG)
Responsible to maintaining filling & data.
Requirement : SMU Graduate
Qualification :
Max 40 years old (no 1), 35 years old (no 2-7), 30
years old (no 8-10)
Bachelor degree related to each position
Seven years in managerial position (no 1), five years
in managerial position (no 2-7), two years experience
in related position (no 8-10) and one year experience
in related position or fresh graduate (no 11-14)
