Customer Service Officer (CSO)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Involve actively in daily operation of customer division at all branches such as taking orders from customers or sales forces, invoicing, updating master data.
* Follow up outstanding customer operational issues
* Maintain good relationship with customers
* Maintain good relationship with relevant department within the company
* Generate reports
* Actively inform customers of a new campaign program and
* Understand business process
Requirements:
* Female, Single, Smart and Energetic
* At least S1 degree in related fields from reputable university
* Posses at least 2-3 years of related experiences
* Excellent communication skill in English and computer literate is a must
* Have initiative and hard working.
* Informative and team player personality.
* Have good attitude to explain and handling complaint.
* Preferably have pharmaceutical background and is familiar with SAP system.
