Our client is a well known hotel chain management with branches all over the world, is currently seeking for a highly qualified candidates to fill the position of:
Call Centre Manager
Job responsibilities:
* Maximize level of service & efficiency of call centre to meet bugdet requirement
* Using the statistic report to interpret meaningful trends in order to anticipate and decide for roster planning
* Maximize efficiency and maintain level of performance
* Monitor staffs performance
* Monitor and follow up previous and current issues/complaint for problem solver
* Ensure that all staffs are well trained
* Participate on Sales and Marketing meeting so that all updates are being conveyed for smooth operaton and to avoid gap
General requirements:
* Minimum 3oyrs old or shown maturity in professional manner
* Minimum 5 yrs at same position or any call centre management
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to perform as a leader and problem solver
* Multinational background with foreign exposure is highly preferred
