grandkemang Hotel (a 4-star property in South Jakarta ) is seeking
EXPERIENCED team members for these positions:
1. Executive Chef
2. Executive Secretary
3. Housekeeping Supervisor
4. IT Officer
5. Junior Accountant

Desirable Qualification
General:
Energetic, confident, and young-at-heart personality, fluent English, fluent in Japanese or other foreign languages will be an advantage; min. education of Diploma II, hotel background, previous experience in hospitality industry or the same position for at least 1 year, customer-oriented, adequate interpersonal and communication skill.
Executive Chef
- Experienced as a team leader with competent management skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Adequate knowledge in food cost, departmental budgeting, menu engineering
Secretary to Chief Executive Officer
- Adequate secretarial-administrative skills: typing, minutes-taking, travel arrangement, appointment scheduling, payment scheduling
- Adequate communication skills
- Fluent English, both verbally and written
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy
- Organized, efficient, and discipline
- Knowledge or previous experience within the hospitality industry will be an advantage
- Fluent in other foreign language than English will be an advantage
Housekeeping Supervisor
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy
- Service oriented
- Familiar with departmental costing
- Proactive and self-starter personality
IT Officers
- Adequate communication and interpersonal skills
- Adequate knowledge in Windows troubleshooting and Microsoft applications
- Familiar with programming languages and networking (TCP/IP, LAN connectivity, etc)
- Service oriented with adequate English language capability
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Junior Accountant *This position is open for a short-term contract basis
- The position will be responsible for balance sheet reconciliation
- Adequate knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
- Accounting background / experience
