Assistant Manager/Manager – Marketing Research &Intelligence
Reporting to Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing &Communications
DESCRIPTIONS:

Assistant Manager/Manager – Marketing Research & Intelligence
To provide, prepare, analyse, communicate and update the latest information regarding life insurance industry and our competitors to be used by various functions to forecast future market trends and compile the record of data of our competitors in the market. To actively participate in conducting research and intelligence internally, regionally and internationally.
REQUIREMENTS:
a. Qualification
University degree with at least 4 years experience preferably in Marketing or other related disciplines.
b. Experience
At least 5 years experience in marketing research in financial company preferably Insurance.
c. Knowledge
Have a very good command in English (written and verbal), good communication and interpersonal skills.
Senior Manager - ACTUARIAL Dept
Reporting to Finance Director
DESCRIPTIONS:
Serves as the Company’s appointed Actuary. Directs and supports the activities within the Corporate Actuarial function (note that Product Development is headed up separately). Provides leadership of the Corporate Actuarial function to ensure the achievement of corporate strategic objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
Qualified Indonesian Actuary
Minimum 8 years experience
Experience & Skills:
Strong leadership and people management capability
Able to provide effective coaching and development for team members
Broad business sense and understanding
Experience of operating in Life Insurance business
Strong analytical skills to understand financial statements and reports
Effective communicator (oral and written)
Experience of developing and operating strong process controls for actuarial and financial reporting
Knowledge:
Insurance product knowledge
Actuarial modeling (including Prophet)
MOF regulations and reporting requirements
Achieved Profit reporting
RBC solvency
