Managers ( MA )
Minimum Requirement :
Minimum and Associates Degree ( D3 ) from an discipline
Has a minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Manager / Supervisor, preferable from banking, financial institution, and insurance industry
Having a capability to recruit Agent to develop direct team

Branch Directors ( BD )
Minimum Requirement :
o Have a capability to recruit Managers to develop strong sales force structure.
o Minimum a Bachelor Degree ( S1 ) from any discipline
o Has a minimum 3 ( three ) years experience as Sales Manger / Supervisor, preferable from banking, financial institution, and insurance industry
o Have a wide high profile networking

Assistant Vice President – Agency ( AVP )
Minimum requirement :
University degree wit at least 8 ( eight ) years of experience
Leadership role as Senior Field Leader of Regional Manager / Head of Agency
Proven track record in recruitment, productivity, and production
Industry involvement in education and / or committee membership
Good understanding of planning, and goal setting
Product knowledge with focus on unit – linked traditional and riders
Sound knowledge of business unit entity drivers
Strong understanding of compensation and impact on driving behaviors

Head of Sales Coordinator ( SC-H )
Minimum requirement :
University degree with 5 ( five ) years experience as a team leader
People and service oriented and willing to travel
Experience in recruiting, sales development and training

Head of Agency Training ( AT- H )
Minimum requirement :
University degree with 5 ( five ) years experience in leading Training department
