Qualifications :
* Strong leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience on creating and implementing sales plan, motivating and managing team to achieve target
General Requirements :
* Male / Female
* Minimum 28 years old.
* Bachelor degree
* Having experience in Financial Institution such as : Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, Brokerage, General Insurance, Investment.
* Good sales track record
* English fluency in oral and writing
* Computer literacy (MS. Office)
* Having good personality, dynamic, innovative and self confidence
* Selected candidates will be placed in : Depok, Cibubur, Karawang, Cilegon, Lampung, Palembang, Padang, Batam, Surabaya, Pontianak and Pekanbaru
