- Manage helpdesk team
Requirements :
- S1 in computer science
- >2 years experience in the same position
- Strong communication skills,interpersonal skills and a professional appearance are essential
- Able to work in team
- Strong analysis & troubleshooting hardware and software
- Strong knowledge Windows and Linux
2. System & Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manages Infrastructure Management ( Network Architecture & Infrastructure)
- Constant evaluation of existing systems and practices to ensure they meet corporate standards.
- performance and security.
Requirements:
- S1 in computer science
- >1 years experience in the same position
- Strong communication skills,interpersonal skills and a professional appearance are essential
- Able to work in team
- Especially on certification system & network engineer (CCNA, MCP/MCSA)
- Strong knowledge on System Management (Windows & Linux Server)
