We, PT Kintetsu World Express Indonesia - International forwarder & logistics company located at Komplek Pergudangan Soewarna - Bandara Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng are looking for a dynamic, strong, motivated person to be positioned as :
Export & Import Operation Manager (Permanent Position)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Main responsibilities is to control and give direction of export and import operation function, both air and ocean freight
* Responsible for all control and direction of export & import activities, both air and ocean
* Create, develop export & import operation policies and procedure
* Preparing and analysis daily, monthly performance of export & import, both air and ocean.
* Control air and ocean handling cost
* Maintain a good relationship to customers, airlines, shipping lines, co-loader, customs house
Requirements:
* Education possession of a bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university with major course in business management or transportation management or any related field and program
* Experience 10 (ten) year’s professional experience in forwarding business, including 3 (three) years in manager capacity
* Knowledge Export & Import Procedures for air and ocean freight forwarding, Basic cargo, PPJK license, principle and practice of management, Microsoft office application, applicable state and government or local laws / regulation which is connected with import matters
* Skill ability to assign work to others taking into consideration priorities, workloads; ability to guide and coach a diverse group of employee
