We are a consultant company, WESMIRA CONSULTANT, is looking for qualified person to our client?s company, to fill the position of:
BRAND MANAGER
About The Company:
Our client is a international branded cosmetics and perfume distributor, located at Central Jakarta, with below responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
§ Coordinate with director/principle of making forecast, order, promotion plan, and business correspondence (assisted by secretary).
§ Related to human resources division/trainer to develop the staffs and also involved in giving material of product knowledge.
§ Responsible of 30 staff, include operation manager, supervisor, and beauty consultant located at department stores.
§ Responsible for product launching and workshop/gathering.
§ Direct report to marketing manager.
Qualification of Successful Candidate:
§ Female, maximum age 33.
§ Bachelor Degree.
§ Excellent skill in English, both oral and written
§ Strong skill in negotiation, leadership and creativity
§ Flexible in working as a team and individual
§ Minimum 3 years working experience in consumer goods industry and/or marketing.
§ Able to work under pressure
