Our client is a publicly listed company engaged in property, apartments, office buildings, retails and residentials. They are
currently looking for a high calibre candidate to fill in the following position:
Senior Finance Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Handle monthly / annual financial statements and analyze the financial ratio and give financial suggestion to make operation of the company more efficient.
Manage financing activities such as cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and treasury.
Prepare financial data and liaise with auditor and bank officer, maintain relationship with bank or other finance institution to get banks loan or fixed assets lease.
Direct and monitor accounting closing activities to ensure that the financial books are closed timely and correctly, and general accounting reports are generated in compliance with the company’s policy and the accounting principles.
Prepare & coordinating the annual budgeting process including profit cash flow projections.
Perform analysis, reporting variances and taking appropriate action.
Handle and control investment status.
Make and calculate tax report (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 23 Final, PPh 26 )
