The position
Management Trainee / Human Resource Management (MTHR)
Reporting to : Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Supervisor
Purpose of job :
To be trained as C&B Analyst to implement compensation and benefits based on company policy and procedure (e.g. medical, annual leave, attendance) including assist in maintaining Human Resource Information System (HRIS), prepare cost analysis and budgeting. Liaise and coordinate with 3rd party such as insurance company, pension fund administrator.
Qualifications:
-S1 degree in any field.
-Fresh Graduate.
-Computer background would be an advantage.
-English language proficiency.
-MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
