Senior Sales Executives / Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Cikarang/Bekasi)
Responsibilities:
-Candidates will be assigned to respective industries, e.g. Ink, Plastic, Rubber & PU and Food & Beverage to promote the company’s wide range of speciality chemical products.
-Mantain and grow the existing customers and create new cusotmers
-Monitor the sales and collection.
-Maintain good relationship with clients.
-Coordinate sending product samples and seek timely feedback from the cusotmers.
-Prepare sales quoatation and monthly sales report.
-Support management in other ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or related discipline. Those candidates from different field of study but have relevant working experience are also welcome to apply.
-Minimum two years experience in sales or technical support in the related industry (Ink, Plastic, Rubber & PU and, Food and Beverage).
-Ability to communicate and write in English.
-Experience in product training preferred.
-Experience in marketing/ business development highly desirable.
-Experience in customer service/ customer relationship management.
-Must be computer literate.
-Good at customer relationship management and have the ability to build and maintain positive business relationships.
-Have strong product and technical knowledge
-Good presentation, planning, coordinating and work prioritizing skills
-Good analytical skills
-A positive team player who is able to work with a group of people from diverse cultural background and functional expertise
-Required language(s): English.
This is a permanent 5-day per week job. Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate together a yearly sales incentive and one month contractual bonus and variable performance bonus. A company car will also be provided
