Developer Lead
-At least 3 years experience in combining.
-analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale systems.
-(Object-Oriented and/or distributed component based, especially .NET) Full life-cycle development experience,
-preferably on large-scale applications Strong in logic and algorithm Experience with object oriented analysis/design.
-& some knowledge and skills on Software Architecture Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, BizTalk, XML.
-Web Services) Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
-Methodologies (such as MSF, RUP and Agile Methodologies) Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#, VB.NET, -ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantages) RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server) Experienced in SharePoint development (WSS & -SPS/MOSS administration, web parts development & workflow are advantages)Experience in a mentoring/coaching role Good.
-leadership skills and experience in leading.

-2 years experience.
-managing full software development life cycle using Microsoft development.
