We are a leading IT consulting company, seeking a Helpdesk Engineer with qualification or responsibility as follow:
- Experienced with Hardware (PC, Server, Notebook)
- Experienced in Operating System (Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP and Linux)
- 2 years of experience in Networking Concept & Implementation
- 2 years of experience in Email System (Exchange, Domino)
- 2 years of experience in Backup System (CA Brighstore, Symantec Veritas Backup Exec)
- 2 years of experience in Security and Anti virus (Symantec, Mc Afee, Trend Micro, Etc)
- Have good interpersonal skills and effective oral and written English communication skills
