Qualification :
1.Minimum S1 in Computer Science / Information Technology
2.Male or Female
3.Strong technical knowledge & experience on some of the following areas :
- Desktop, Workstation and Server Operating System (Win NT/2000/2003, Win 98/XP/Vista)
- PC LAN & communication infrastructure
- Productivity software (Ms Office 2000/2003)
- Messaging, Collaboration (Ms Exchange)
- Utility software (Antivirus, Backup)
4. Good on-site/remote analysis and troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and multi tasking.
6. Proven track record in desktop support and technical project delivery.
7 .Self independent and proactive.
8. Self motivated for continuous improvement and growth.
