Our company is an IT company specializing in Resource Management. As a subsidiary of INTIMEDIA, a well known and established Indonesia IT company are looking for qualified candidates, for the following positions:
Senior Developer
* At least 3 years experience in combining analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale systems (Object-Oriented and/or distributed component based, especially .NET)
* Full life-cycle development experience, preferably on large-scale applications
* Strong in logic and algorithm
* Experience with object oriented analysis/design & some knowledge and skills on Software Architecture
* Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, BizTalk, XML Web Services)
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (such as MSF, RUP and Agile Methodologies)
* Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#, VB.NET, ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantages)
* RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server)
* Experience in a mentoring/coaching role
* Good leadership skills and experience in leading development teams
