Network Performance Monitoring (NPM)
Job Purpose :
To analyze, monitor, and maintain the network performance monitoring system to support NRW program, network operation and customer service.
Scope of Responsibilities :
Assist Supervisor to set up program and target of work for one-year period, further followed by monthly program
Work coordination with the Field Measurement Team in conducting flow and pressure monitoring regarding performance analysis in site
Monitor inter-zonal balance from the flow and pressure measurement at zonal boundary & production
Analyze the zonal performance as water losses as indicator based on water delivery and water consumption.
Analyze the trunk main performance by using NRW as indicator, based on water delivery and water consumption
Analyze discrete area performance based on water delivery and water consumption to indicate NRW
Analyze the PC and EZ performance, based on water consumption and pressure available at network distribution.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor degree from Environmental Engineering
Experience in Engineering Consultant/Company area of at least 3 years
Minimum 2 years experiences in Network Information, Network Operation or water supply distribution especially in flow and pressure analysis
Good technical knowledge of water supply distribution system both operational and development of network distribution system
Familiar with measuring equipment and reading a map
Familiarity with Hay methodology and Job Evaluation
Good communication skill
Strong analytical skill & problem solving
Computer literate
