Job Title :Senior Java Developer

Type: Full-time, Permanent
Primary Responsibilities
- Developing, enhancing and integrating our JAVA based charting tools (financial market data) with our websites and databases.
- Evaluation and implementation of new software technologies on our e-Commerce websites.
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing code base.
- Optimization (profiling) of existing code base.
- Ensure our e-Commerce websites stay on the forefront of technology by providing analysis, ideas, suggestions and so forth.
Required Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Must be a JAVA enthusiast with a love for programming! You will have all the opportunity to unleash your creativity!
- Knowledge of SVN, CVS, etc.
- Programming skills: JAVA.
- Knowledge of Perl is an advantage.
- Mathematical knowledge (Statistics) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Linux and relevant Software development environments.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Be able to work independently and under pressure.
