telecommunication infrastructure development and construction, invites you
to be a part of our team for the following immediate opening:
SITE ACQUISITION OFFICER
(FOR NORTH SUMATERA AREA)
Job responsibilities:
-Site hunting.
-Price negotiation.
-Making Berita Acara Kesepakatan with the Land / properties owner.
-Handling legal aspect related to site acquisition.
-Socialization to people who living inside the tower radius, also to local government related to BTS Construction.
-Handling permits from government related to construction and operationally of BTS (consist of IMB, HO, Izin Prinsip, RKT, etc).
Skills related to job:
-Negotiation skill.
-Communication skill.
Job Requirements:
-Male, due to the job related to outdoor activities
-Fresh Graduate of Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering (Geodetic Engineer will be
-Self-motivated, teamwork oriented, able to work under tight schedules.
-Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-Ability to fluently converse in English with good reading and writing skills.
-Solid public personal and ability to confidently represent the company..
-Demonstrated high levels of oral and written communication skills.
-Willing to be contracted for some terms, depend on the term of projects..
Note: Interview can be conducted in Jakarta or Medan.
