We represent a global leader in the CEMENT MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. To further strengthen and fortify the company s brand in the Indonesian market, our client seeks a highly qualified professional with proven business development track record to taking this senior role as:
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Your primary challenge is to deliver the company s growth plans for Indonesia . Reporting to the Regional Head, you will be responsible to:
- Develop and deliver sound marketing plans and strategies based on excellent understanding of clients needs and issues.
- Deliver value propositions in alignment with overall business growth plans.
- Provide input to country and segment budget planning, phasing and marketing plans.
- Gain intimate knowledge of competitors strategies and tactics, market dynamics and intricate customer relationships to address competition.
- Deliver top line and bottom line financial plans as you identify and secure new businesses in Indonesia .
- Together with the commercial team, maintain and develop distributor relations as well as help achieve distributor targets through product/technical knowledge/training, promotions, credit monitoring and control, customer service and overall partnership support.
To best fit, you must present the following credentials:
- A bachelor degree with a Tertiary qualification in marketing or business would be an advantage.
- Minimum of seven (7) years experience, ideally, with a proven track record of delivery of results in the CEMENT MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY and/or related industries.
- Track record in business development including opening of new markets with the ability to demonstrate success in that role.
- Organization Planning, budgeting and control skills.
- Excellent English communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to influence at all levels.
