Customer Support Representative (CSR)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Timur)
Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support for design Field Sales Resources.
-To support sales team in regular communication with customers
-To monitor the shipment process and communicate the update to the customers, including informing problems occurred.
-To update the rate data given to each customer.
Requirements:
-Min. D 3 in any discipline
-Computer literate and familiar with Access.
-Good administration skill
-Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and able to communicate in English and Bahasa
-Preferably 1 year experience in similar capacity.
