Field Coordinator

Responsibilities:
-Makes sure all the event preparation has been done.
-Managing event collateral.
-Check and arrange all the equipment with vendor or hotel.
-Brief the escort and usher for any other criteria, based on event owner needed.
Requirements:
-At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications or Advertising or equivalent.
-Having 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferable in Event Organizer.
-Good interpersonal and communication skill.
-Team player and self motivated.
