Finance - Unitlink Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
-Handling questions regarding unit link fund related to Fund Manager
-Update / brief marketing on investment market condition
-Prepare fund fact sheet for CIGNA fund
-Send daily NAV/unit to Marcom for publishing in newspaper
-Monitor incoming redemption fund
-Monitor incoming premium from billing for all unit link products
-Submit subscription & redemption docs to Accounting on weekly basis
-Handling investment activities (starting from prepare summary of investment activities, update it in Investment System and prepare all reports related to Investments).
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years working in Investment Institutions( i.e: Fund Manager, Securities Company, etc)
-Familiar with investment products
-Strong in financial knowledge
-Good communication skill
-Excellent in English, both oral and written
