Responsibilities:
-Conduct recruitment activities; job ad design & placement, candidate assessment, employment contract, etc
-HR Design Policy
-Responsible for General Affairs matters of the company
-Assisting Senior Manager in man power planning
Requirements:
-Male/Female
-At least 3 years of working experience as HR Generalist, also taking care of GA matters
-Good understanding and experienced at HR Design Policy, also capable in HR administration
-EPC companies background is an advantage
-Excellent in Bahasa and English is a must – oral and written
-Computer Skills
-Individual contributor who is able to work under minimum supervision and under-pressure
-working environment
