Responsibilities:
Responsible for all human resources activities covering all aspects from HR.
Job Specification :
A)HR partner to GM and the management team.
B)Manage and develop for the execution of Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Development/Succession Planning, Workforce Planning and Employee Satisfaction Survey.
C)Manage the customization and implementation of Global HR projects
Requirements:
-Minimum 8 years experience in HR Management with min 4 years at senior management level.
-Minimum Bachelor degree. Experience in Multinational environment is an advantage
-Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organisational abilities
-Fluency in English is a must
