Requirements:
Responsibilities :
-Receive invoices from supplier
-Record on logbook
-Checking all the completeness invoices from supplier/vendor
-Prepare payment voucher
-Checking taxation and CoD
-Get approval from user and budget holder as per new MOA
-Good matching using SunSystem
-Prepare manual general ledger for payment
-Ensure all invoices paid on time as per term of payment.
-Prepare retail invoice report to RFM every month
-Prepare monthly accrual OPEX and CAPEX and get approval from user and RFM as per new MOA
-Update retail spending for each contract based on actual payment
-Notify business and relevant stakeholder for any potential overspending together with CP
-Liaise with global supplier to arrange term of shipment
-Liaise with custom agent for clearance issue
-Liaise with local supplier for any issue related with goods delivery and payment
-Liaise with overseas supplier for potential dispute related to international payment and goods delivery
-Work together with CP to settle demurrage issue and obtain relevant evidence for logistic arrangement during goods delivery
-Liaise with custom agent to acquire relevant documents to support goods delivery acknowledgement (PIB,DNP and Surat Kuasa)
