SAFETY OFFICERS
Quailfication:
1. Strong interpersonal skils.
2. Minimum 2 years safety related experience.
3. Minimum 2 years rig experience.
4. Physically fit to perform all duties including inspection, (crown inspection) personally.
5. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Indonesian, written and spoken.
6. Intermediate computer skills, (MS word/excel/email).
HR SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for hiring process (from recruitment, selection until probation period).
2. Manage contract employee administration.
3. Coordinate training activities and employee performance assessment administration.
4. Ensuring HR services including recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relation for supporting product services line operation.
