We are currently taking applicants for the following Jakarta based positions:
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
Education:
-Diploma (D3) minimum from any discipline. Bachelor Degree (S1) is favorable.
Experience:
Applicant should have:
-Having 1 (one) year working experience as Document Controller, Administrator, or Secretary. Other working experience is welcome.
-Hands-on experience and demonstrable skill in electronic Document Management (filing, reformatting, and drafting)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS.Word, MS.Excel, MS.Visio, MS.Access, MS.Outlook, and MS.Frontpage). Certification on Microsoft Office would be advantage.
-Proficiency in English as communication skills, both verbal and written
Role responsibilities:
-Promptly revise and reformat a documents or forms.
-Assist Management System Coordinator to number and register a document.
-Compile and maintain electronic files as controlled document.
-Assist Management System Coordinator to monitor, maintain, and register all document index in Petrosea Management System.
-Make a draft within particular template design.
Other requirements:
-Hard worker, honest, patient, self-initiative, ability to priorities work and can work under pressure
-Able to work under required time.
-Prefer to have a behind-a-desk job.
