Our client is a leading information technology company, is currently implementing Asia Development Bank (ADB) project to support local government. We are inviting senior professionals to join their team as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists.
The person in charge will assist regional autonomy to design, develop, and field test the proposed local government performance measurement system.
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist – 14 and 9 months contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct appropriate training workshops and courses in monitoring and evaluation concepts and methods in central and regional governments.
Assist representatives from local and regional autonomy to design, develop and determine on how it can be implemented.
Define critical performance indicator and determine the appropriateness to meeting local government needs
Conduct or manage field test within regional governments of key concepts, including validity of the performance indicators.
Working with system development specialist and other team members to determine appropriate technologies to assist operation
Assist to collect data, design and development of training and promotional materials
Qualification:
Experience in the developing monitoring systems, conducting surveys, collecting data, and evaluation report
Experience with local government database management systems in Indonesia.
Experience in designing and conducting training courses in monitoring and evaluation techniques and methods.
Experience with implementing foreign assisted projects in Indonesia will be an advantage.
