Responsibilities:
-Cloning, database refresh
-Trouble shooting, working with developers, documentation
-OEM (alerts, monitoring, administration, and performance)
-MTS/Connection Pooling
-Concurrent manager support/monitoring
-Java administration, Web applications servers, Report server, and Forms server
-Oracle Applications Server(OAS/9iAS) / WebDB (Portal) administration
-Oracle installation, 11i patching, upgrades
-Configure JVM and jserv processes for load balancing.
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in IT / Engineering
-Minimum 4 years of hands on experience as Oracle DBA
-Has ORACLE 10g / 9i Database Administrator Professional Certification would be a strong benefit
-Has exposure to RAC and Oracle Apps would be preferred
-Has strong experience on Oracle Application server (OAS/9iAS) / WebDB (Portal) Administration, Oracle Database Performance monitoring and tuning, Upgrading, backup and recovery, configuration, monitoring and tuning in various platform.
-Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
-Service oriented behavior and communication to internal and external contacts
-Good communication skills (communication to customers verbal and written is mandatory)
-Language : fluent in English
