Recruitment Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
-To be in charge of daily recruitment activities working together with functional departments and third party organization (outsourcing company) in order to fulfill recruitment target.
Requirements:
-Male / Female, maximum 35 years old
-At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
-At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment and familiar with outsourcing company
-Having a good communication and negotiation skill
-Active, dynamic, target and quality oriented
-Willing to do business travel
