Sales Superintendent (Code: Sales - SPI)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
-Develop marketing plan for new products or brand.
-Provide direction and supervise sales team.
-Find new customers and new projects in JABOTABEK area.
-Account Manager for key customers.
-Achieve sales targets for self and team.
-Analyze the construction industry and find opportunities.
-Accurate sales forecasting for production.
-Manage and co-ordinate production and business unit if required.
Requirements:
-Male, 30-40 years old.
-Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
-Minimum 5 years in marketing / sales in building products or construction industry.
-Good leadership and mentoring skills.
-Strong analytical skills to analyze market and competitors.
-Good communication and presentation skills.
-Highly organized and disciplined.
-Good command both in written and oral English and computer literate.
-License to drive a car.
