Responsibilities:
-Receive the pre-alerts for the consolidation from the Network
-Check completeness and accuracy of the documentation
-Monitoring arrival of the shipment with Carrier and Warehouse
-Monitoring reception of the delivery orders
-Prepare the documentation related the consolidation
-Dispatch the Delivery Order to Customer Service
-Control supplier’s invoice
Requirements:
-Male/Female
-Maximum age 30 years old
-Having min 3-5 years experience in sea-import freight forwarding company
-Computer literate
-English is a must
-Honest
-Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing environment and to approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
-Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure
