South Wire Rod Copper Vacancy

A Multinational Copper Rod plants with specific Southwire Copper Rod Technology in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeking for Indonesian professionals to join their team, opening positions are:

Maintenance Team
General Experience Required:
-Experience in a manufacturing/heavy industry environment.
-Experience in undertaking all Maintenance Inspections & Repairs. Electrician

Qualifications:
-Diploma / ITI as an Electrician / Instrumentation Certification with more than 5 years industrial experience in Maintenance of Continuous process plant
-Trade Qualifications as an electrician or higher.
-PLC programming skills would be advantageous
-Excellent trouble-shooting skills.

Experience:
-With Maintenance & troubleshoot of MV line, Motors, drives, PLC, Overhead Cranes & Instrumentation devices of Temp/pressure/flow/level switches & sensors etc.
-High Voltage Certified. Mechanical Fitter

Qualifications:
-Trade Qualifications as a mechanical fitter or higher.
-General machining skills, lathe, radial drill press, grinders..
-General welding skills, MIG, Electric Stick.
-Basic Rigging Certified.

Experience:
-Experience in Preventative Maintenance. Technical and Quality Team Laboratory Technician

Description:
-Quality control and testing of copper rod
-Operation of OES, LECO Oxygen Analyzer, mechanical testing equipment
-Shift work position

Qualifications:
-Tertiary qualifications in a science based field.

Experience:
-Experience with associated laboratory equipment would be highly advantageous.

Production Team
Production Operator x 10 â€“ Required ASAP*
Description:
Operation of the copper rod plant.
10 positions per crew on a rotating shift basis.

Qualifications:
-Secondary School level education minimum.
-Forklift License
-Basic computer literacy an advantage.

Experience:
-Previous experience in heavy industry also advantageous.

Production Supervisor/Engineer
Description:
-Responsible for managing a 10 member team operating the copper rod plant..
-Responsible for the quality of the product produced and for problem solving during the shift.
-Will be responsible for the implementation of safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Shift work position.

Qualifications:
-Secondary School level education minimum.
-An engineering background would be advantageous.
-Excellent communication skills.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Must speak fluent English
-Computer Literacy.
-Previous experience with a Southwire Copper Rod plant would be highly advantageous. (Mandatory for Production Team)
