needs a Tenant Relation/ Public Relation with the following
requirements:
-Male/ female, with maximum age of 38 years old.
-Possess a bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university from
any major.
-Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Secretary or Tenant
Relations in high rise apartment or condominium.
-Advanced in apartment or property’s unit leasing regulations and
procedures.
-Good command in English is a must, and Mandarin would be most
prefers.
-Possessing high skill in communication and negotiation skill.
-Honest, have a pleasant personality and well-groomed.
