We, one of the largest integrated mining services companies in Indonesia , currently look for talented, motivated and dynamic persons to be the part of our team in position of :
-Field Mechanic Trainer (FT)
-Heavy Equipment Trainer (HE)
-Dump Truck Trainer (DT)
The persons we are looking for must present the following credentials :
-Indonesian people holding a minimum Technical High School (STM) certificate (FT, HE & DT).
-Having minimum 10 years relevant experiences in service & maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, rebuild and repair of.
mining equipments (FT) :
-Having minimum 8 years relevant experiences in maintenance and operation of mining dump trucks (DT).
-Having minimum 8 years relevant experiences in maintenance and operation of mining heavy equipment (HE).
-Expertise in characteristics of some major brands in mining equipments (FT, HE & DT).
-Willingness to be positioned in the remote areas (FT, HE & DT).
-Good English, MS-Office and Presentation skill (FT, HE & DT).
-Retaining core competencies: self motivated with initiative, outgoing and pleasant personality, good persuasion skills and good leadership and time management skills (FT, HE & DT).
-Most preferably having Plant & Maintenance Instructor / Trainer Background in a mining company (FMT).
-Having Operation Instructor / Trainer Background in a mining company (HE & DT).
The selected candidates will :
-Be placed will be in South, East Kalimantan , and other project location the company is involved (FT, HE & DT).
-Get satisfying remuneration package with 8:2 roster (FT, HE & DT).
-Be provided camp, meal and transportation from and to site to camp (FT, HE & DT).
