Vacancy for Recruitment Sourcing Associate
(Sudirman- Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping production consultants to recruit staff for job vacancies.
- Develops an understanding of the client’s requirements, then identify potential candidates through existing contacts or by advertising roles, headhunting, and on-line recruitment;
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
- Reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering candidates and shortlists;
- Maintaining current records and personal statistics for review against performance targets;
- Other office administrative tasks as may be assigned from time to time;
- The Recruitment Sourcing Associate shall be reporting to the Consultant and Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma III / Bachelor’s/College Degree.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sudirman.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens.
- Self-starter, multi-tasker, dynamic and assertive.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
