Warehouse & Import Manager

Our client has articulated the need for an operation savvy individual with proven warehouse management track record to take on this challenging role:
WAREHOUSE & IMPORT MANAGER
Reporting to the Operation Manager; the incumbent will be based in Ciracas and will be responsible in handling import process (air and sea import) and receiving, storage, picking and packing of products. Giving supervision to warehouse supervisor and staff, key job accountabilities are:

* Monitor the import process and imported products delivery to warehouse,
* Monitor the reception, storage, picking and packing process of imported and local products complies with standard procedure to ensure optimum customer service
* Provide customer service with al the products required to prepare orders and plan picking zones to ensure maximum efficiency
* Use the order portfolio to propose allocation of resources (products, staffing, equipment capacity) to ensure optimum customer service
* Make sure a good flow information about all the products which are about to enter and available in warehouse to all necessary entities (customer service, stock controller, management)
* Monitor, motivate the import and warehouse staff and follow their performances

Mandatory Requirements:
* A Bachelor Degree (S1) holder in any discipline, preferably from prestigious local universities or overseas;
* 5 -10 years experience in supply chain management, warehouse operation and import process
* Strong communication skills, moreover, conversant both in verbal and written English communication
* Good SHE Management
* Computer literacy, excel and power point
* A combination of leader, innovator, achiever and entrepreneur
