Country Sales Manager Valvoline
Responsibilities :
· Plan, organize, execute and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target for Indonesia market
· Manage and monitor Valvoline interest in Indonesia
· Develop and manage National Accounts
· Design and Implement A&B program for all market segments.
· Development of Regional Distributor network
· Setting of Sales Targets and incentive programs
· Develop pricing and product range
· Constantly collect and analyze field intelligence and competitor activity
· Provide sales training for distributor sales staff.
Requirements :
· Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, MBA preferred.
· Minimum 5 –10 years sales & marketing experience
· Good track record of success in business development and marketing
· Self-motivated, result oriented and dynamics
· Independent with strong interpersonal and communication skill
· Lubricant industry experience preferred
· Must be able to communicate in English
· Willing to travel extensively within Indonesia.
